The Windflower Resort & Spa, Coorg, Suntikoppa

My stay at this resort in Coorg was quite a letdown. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, but the hotel itself feels outdated and lacks in several areas, especially the dining options, which really need improvement. On the flip side, the staff was welcoming and the room was spacious, which made the experience a bit better.

My family and I enjoyed a lovely stay at the resort, which is nestled in a beautiful coffee plantation offering a serene environment. The dining was a highlight with diverse and delicious meals served throughout our visit. However, we did find some aspects like room cleanliness and staff responsiveness to be inconsistent. Overall, it was a nice getaway, but it could use improvements in certain areas.

The resort is surrounded by beautiful jungle scenery, creating a unique escape. The accommodation was surprisingly good, with an upgrade to a spacious luxury suite featuring an open-air shower. However, the dining experience was inconsistent, with some dishes being acceptable while others were below par. There's room for improvement in terms of service options and facility maintenance.

I had an amazing stay at Windflower Coorg, filled with beautiful surroundings and exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. Dining was a highlight, with a variety of delicious meals expertly prepared by the chef. The location in the midst of coffee plantations added to the tranquil experience. It's a great spot for families, but I wish they offered more activities for kids throughout our stay.

During my stay, I found the staff to be incredibly caring and attentive, particularly Mr. Sangeet who made us feel like family. The location offers a serene environment perfect for relaxation, and the food was quite satisfying. However, the rooms were in need of urgent renovations with issues like poor maintenance and cleanliness that significantly affected the experience and value for money.
